At Zigzag Boutique, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is damaged and a refund is issued. If you received free postage, the cost will be deducted from the purchase price if the return is due to sizing issues or an incorrect order.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
